Q. Are we a fully trained lisenced professional photography company?

A. Yes. All photographers used in all photo shots are fully trained and experienced professional photographers. We have experience in all age groups and events. Check out our gallery for a sample of some of our photo shots.

Q. When will my photos be delivered?

A. Our photos are printed at a professional printing labatory. This may take up to a maximum of ten days. Photos are posted using first class USPS. Therefore we like to advise all our customers that the time taken from the photo shot until delivery is an estimate of 3 weeks. If you have not received your photos after this time, please contact us.

Q. My photos are damaged or I received the wrong photos, what do I do?

A. M & M Photography stands behind all of our products and will exchange any merchandise that is damaged in shipping, defective or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong quantity, size, or type of product.

Q. How do I return damaged/incorrect photos to you? 

A. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately at 972-596-7940 or info@mmphotographyinc.com. Please note that Shipping / Handling charges and proofing fees are not refundable for a return.

Q. Will I receive a replacement or a full refund? 

A. A replacement will be sent to you or your card will be credited as soon as we receive and inspect the product. Depending on your credit card company, the credit could appear in as soon as 2 days or as late as 14 days.
