M & M Photography stands behind all of our products and will exchange any merchandise that is damaged in shipping, defective, or if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong quantity, size, or type of product.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately at 972-596-7940 or mmphotos@verizon.net. Note that Shipping / Handling charges and proofing fees are not refundable for a return.

A replacement will be sent or your card credited as soon as we receive and inspect the product. Depending on your credit card company, the credit could appear in as soon as 2 days or as late as 14 days.
